Ingredients:
450g – 500g of apples
2 eggs
150g of sugar
Method:
Peel and slice the apples. Simmer in a little water, together with 100g of the sugar. Let the apples cool slightly, and mash them with a fork.
Separate the eggs into two bowls. Add the beaten yolks to the apple mixture. Put the mixture in an oven proof dish.
Bake in the oven for 25 -30 minutes at 170°C.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, fold in the remaining sugar, pile it on top of the apple mixture. Put the dish back in the oven for 15 minutes.
