Corned Beef, Potato and Onion Pie

Ingredients:

Shortcrust Pastry

2 Tins of Corned Beef

2 Onions

3 Large Potatoes

Method:

1. Boil & mash the potatoes

2. Chop onion & mix with the mashed up corned beef,then add the potato giving it a good mix

3. Half your pastry block & use one for the bottom & one for the top of pie

4. Line a large pie dish,add corned beef mixture & place pastry over the top

5. Glaze with beaten egg or milk & put it in the oven for about 20-25mins at a temp of 180 (fan oven)

6. You can adjust the filling to suit your own taste ie…..less or more onion/potato
