Banana Fritters

Ingredients:

4 Bananas

2 eggs

100 g self raising flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

100 ml milk

1 tablespoon of sugar

Pinch of salt

Method:

Peel and chop the bananas into 2 cm pieces and dust lightly with flour.

Dust with cinnamon if you wish.

Whisk all the other ingredients together until smooth.

Coat the banana pieces in the batter. Fry in deep oil until brown. Dry on paper.

Note. You can use other fruits, such as apple or pineapple.
