Easy Tuna Bake

Note. Condensed soup forms a slightly thicker sauce. It’s all down to preference.

Ingredients:

1 can of Tuna drained

1 chopped onion

1 tbsp chopped pepper

1 can of cream soup. ( Mushroom soup, chicken soup, celery soup )

100 ml of milk

Pepper to taste.

Method:

In a bowl combine all the ingredients and put the mix into an oven to table dish.

Top the dish with crisps, or very thinly sliced potatoes. A sprinkle of cheese is optional.

Bake in the oven at 180c for 15 minutes. Check that the top is not burning. Cover with foil if necessary. Cook for a further 5 – 10 minutes.
