Ingredients:
1lb Plain Flour
10oz Sultanas
1lb Currents
8oz Raisins
6oz Ground Almonds
6oz Cherries
1lb Mixed Fruit
8 Eggs
Orange Rind
Lemon Rind
12oz Butter or Margarine
12oz Brown Sugar
2 tsp Mixed Spice
1tsp Nutmeg
1 Pinch Salt
2 tbsp Treacle
2 tbsp Sherry

Method:

1. Gas no. 2 first hour, then no. 1 for 4 – 5 hours
